sw.xuou.net provides online PDF template customization and document generation services. Users can select a template, submit customization information, create an order, and receive a generated digital document.

2. Eligibility and submitted information / 使用资格与提交资料
You must provide accurate order and delivery information and have the right or permission to use all information you submit. You are responsible for reviewing names, addresses, template choices, and email details before creating an order.
您必须提供准确的订单及交付资料，并对所提交资料拥有使用权或已获得相应授权。创建订单前，您有责任核对姓名、地址、模板选择和邮箱资料。
3. Pricing and payment / 价格与付款
The price and supported payment network are displayed before an order is created. Payment is made using the amount and network shown on the order page. An order is processed after the required payment is detected and confirmed.

4. Digital delivery and refunds / 数字交付与退款
Generated documents are digital, customized products delivered to the email address provided with the order. Completed and correctly delivered orders are generally non-refundable. If a technical error prevents generation or delivery, contact support with the order number and transaction hash so the issue can be reviewed. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
生成的文档属于数字化定制产品，将发送至订单中填写的邮箱。已经正确生成并交付的订单通常不予退款。如果技术故障导致无法生成或交付，请携带订单号和交易哈希联系支持人员进行核查。适用法律规定的消费者权利不受影响。
5. Acceptable use / 可接受使用
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use generated content for fraud, impersonation, deception, unauthorized verification, infringement, or any activity that violates law or a third party's rights. You must not attack, probe, disrupt, automate abusive requests against, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
本服务仅可用于合法用途。不得将生成内容用于欺诈、冒用身份、误导、未经授权的验证、侵权或任何违反法律及第三方权利的活动；也不得攻击、探测、干扰服务，发送自动化滥用请求或尝试未经授权访问。
6. Enforcement / 违规处理
If we reasonably believe that an order or use of the service violates these terms, applicable law, or a third party's rights, we may pause or refuse processing, limit access, suspend or terminate an account, and retain records needed for security, payment disputes, or legal compliance. We may also request clarification or corrective information before restoring access.
如果我们合理认为订单或服务使用违反本条款、适用法律或第三方权利，我们可以暂停或拒绝处理、限制访问、暂停或终止账户，并保留安全、付款争议或法律合规所需的记录。恢复访问前，我们也可能要求用户说明情况或补充更正资料。

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Templates, features, prices, and supported payment networks may be updated when reasonably necessary.

8. Limitation / 责任限制
To the extent permitted by law, sw.xuou.net is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, inaccurate information supplied by a user, third-party network interruptions, or use of a document outside its intended lawful purpose.
